The booking flow keeps route selection, journey details, extras and payment in a clear order.
Choose one way or round trip, then enter the pickup, destination, date and time.
Compare the available vehicle options, capacity and exact provider fare.
Provide the passenger name, email and phone number. Add a flight number for airport arrivals.
Select any child seats or other extras you need before payment.
Check the journey summary and total, accept the terms and pay through Stripe.
Keep your booking reference. The invoice follows payment and the voucher follows transfer confirmation.
Only enter details that match the journey and the lead passenger.
The confirmation page shows your booking reference and current status. Provider confirmation may still be pending briefly.
JOURNEY GUIDANCE
We monitor your flight automatically. The first 60 minutes of airport waiting are complimentary, and delays of up to 3 hours can normally be accommodated automatically. For delays beyond 3 hours, continued service depends on operational capacity and a different driver or vehicle may be assigned. We recommend letting us know if your flight is delayed, and we will contact you if we are unable to continue waiting.
Meet & Greet is included with every airport transfer. Your driver or representative will normally wait outside the terminal exit holding a name sign with your name. If you cannot locate your driver, call our 24/7 emergency line on +1 516 961 5725 or message us on WhatsApp at +20 12 80007474. Our Terminal 1 airport desk can also assist you. Please follow the exact meeting instructions provided in your booking confirmation and voucher.
Child, booster, and infant seats are currently available from USD 5 per seat, per way. For a round trip, the seat fee applies separately to each journey. Price and availability may vary depending on your booking date and time, so please reconfirm your required seat with our team.
